Physical Planning
From determining electrical and data cabling requirements to developing physical space need requirements, we provide up-front planning to ensure a smooth and successful installation.
Staging
We will completely assemble your system in our facility, load all software, and fully test each function. This 'burning in process' ensures that the solution delivered to your restaurant functions correctly and is ready to plug and play.
Installation
Our installation staff is ready to help you implement you new restaurant automation system. The employee assigned to your account will work to ensure your satisfaction, overseeing every aspect of the installation process. We coordinate all aspects of your installation including Menu Programming, Database Setup, Training Schedules, Hardware Delivery, Installation, Live Implementation and Third Party vendor coordination.
Training
In your restaurant or our classroom, we provide expert, highly customized training and education designed to get your staff up to speed with maximum efficiency and allow for a smooth transition to POSitouch. Our training staff has direct experience working in hospitality organizations including restaurants, hotels and country clubs. We understand your business and speak the language you understand.
Training classes are also available to your staff after the installation. Classes are held at our area offices at regular intervals or may be held at your location as required.
Technical Support
Our trained staff of support representatives are ready to help you with fast, reliable service every hour of every day, providing you the comfort of knowing there will always be somebody at Retail Control Solutions willing to help you. Representatives are available to help you with software troubleshooting via modem and when required one of our local field service technicians will be dispatched to your site.
Central Dispatch
All customer service and support calls come in to our 1-800 National Dispatch center. The calls are analyzed and determination is made whether they are software or hardware related. If the call is software related the call is forwarded to our National Help Desk. If the call is hardware related the call is forwarded to a local field service technician who will be dispatched to your site.
Systems Development & Integration
We work closely with software vendors such as Accounting, Club Management/Billing, Hotel Front Desk, Inventory, Frequent Dining, Credit Card Authorization, Host Communications and Enterprise Systems to provide true 'Best of Breed' solutions that benefit our customers. We have experts on staff that have experience in integrating the POSitouch system with the above software solutions.
Additionally, we have employees on staff that develop custom reporting and custom applications using either Crystal Reports or Microsoft Access.
Software Upgrades
To keep your system up to date with the latest software features, POSitouch provides new software upgrades at least four times per year. These new features insure that your system will not become obsolete and will enhance your point of sale investment. It also allows the system to grow with you, accommodating your future needs while helping you maximize the life and value of your investment.
Help Desk
At the heart of our customer service program is our National Help Desk that is located at our corporate headquarters in Needham, MA. This department serves as the central Help Desk for the entire company. Customers can speak with a certified technician 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. We Never Close. Our Help Desk also features a number of services designed to enhance, support and maintain your system.
