Because the DST changes are an act of a third party and not a bug with the POSitouch system, they would not normally be covered by a Phone Support Maintenance Contract. However, as a service to our Maintenance customers we are offering the first 15 minutes of support at no charge for assistance in preparing your system for the DST changes. This free coverage is offered to current Phone Support Maintenance Contract customers and applies during our normal business hours.
We will of course be prepared to assist you in any way during or after business hours whether or not you have a Support Maintenance Contract at our normal hourly rates.
