Disabling automatic DST changes on your POSdriver:
(This works for all versions of Windows)
1. Make sure you are viewing the POSdriver screen. This is the one that runs the "Spcwin" program. If you know this is one of your touchscreens, you will use the keyboard and hit [Alt]+[F4] so you can view the desktop.
2. Click (or Touch) on "Start", then "Settings", then "Control Panel".
3. When the Control Panel opens up, double-click (or Touch) on "Date and Time".
4. Click (or Touch) on the "Time Zone" tab at the top of this window.
5. Click (or Touch) to uncheck the box next to "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes".
6. Click (or Touch) "OK" to close out of the window.
7. Click (or Touch) "Start", then "Shutdown", select the "Restart" option and click "OK".
To change your system time manually in the future:
1. Make sure to close the Spcwin program before proceeding.
2. Follow steps 1 through 3 above.
3. Click (or Touch) on the displayed time in the window to highlight it, then use the keyboard to enter the correct new time.
4. Follow steps 6 and 7 above.
